Savannah Fun

We went to Savannah, GA for our 5 year anniversary. We had a great time. We went with our friends Tim and Stacey Brown who live in Atlanta. We spent 2 nights at their house and 2 nights in Savannah. Thanks to Jim's parents and my dad who watched the kids we were able to have a nice long relaxing weekend.

We took a Trolley tour when we got into town to get a lay of the land. That night we headed out on a Ghost Pub Tour. While it was entertaining it wasn't much of a haunted tour. Although I did catch two Orbs on my camera which was pretty cool.

On Sunday we had brunch and then took the tour to the visitor center and went through the museum. From there we took the tour down to Forsyth Park and then walked our way back. There were so many neat churches, buildings and squares to see. I got some great pictures. The guys went back for a nap and Stacey and I went to Juliette Gordon Low's childhood home. This is who founded the Girl Scouts. We then headed down to River Street and walked all of the shops, had a Margarita and had fun people watching! We went to an English Pub for dinner and then headed to a bar to watch the Cavs game. It wasn't the ending we wanted, but we had fun at the bar.

It was a nice weekend away, wish it would have lasted longer!
