Well here it goes! My first post. Not exactly sure how this is supposed to go, but I guess I just type what is going on in our lives :)
As I type I am trying to keep CJ awake so he sleeps for me tonight. Today was a pretty good day. It didn't start out too well, but we had some friends come over for playgroup and that really helped. Savannah really had a good time playing with the kids and kept her from whining for at least an hour :) We have been having some trouble with the whining and I am trying my hardest to follow through with the discipline that I start. That way she understands when she doesn't listen there are consequences. I guess it is all trial and error and we will work it out.
We then went to Gymboree tonight. Savannah has been going to Gymboree since she was 4 months old and really loves it. We have met some really nice kids and parents at Gymboree. It is a nice hour for her to run around and play. She is finally starting to enjoy the group time too. For a while she would just not pay attention when the group activities were going on, but seems to be more into it these days.
Well Jim should be home in a few minutes from his 1st Softball game of the season. We will see how that went!
